Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, but most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for expedited shipping.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International shipping is available, but please note that there may be additional customs and import fees that are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

At our shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date. All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we have received the item, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
